Four new PiS MPs will appear in the Sejm

Four PiS deputies will enter the office of President Karol Nawrocki and, in accordance with the regulations, will have to renounce their parliamentary fines. In their place in the Sejm will enter: Michał Jach, Bogumiła Olbryś, Marek Subocz and Tomasz Rzymkowski.


President Karol Nawrocki will establish the management of his office and the National Security Bureau on Thursday morning. There will be four PiS deputies in this group. Zbigniew Bogucki is to become the head of the KPRP, his deputy will be Adam Andruszkiewicz. Paweł Szefernaker will be the head of the president's office, and Marcin will be in the office for international matters.
Pursuant to the Act on performing the mandate of a deputy and senator, joining the KPRP, these MPs will have to renounce their seats in the Sejm. If they do not do this, the Speaker of the Sejm is obliged to extinguish them. This means that in their place in the parliamentary benches will appear PiS politicians who achieved the highest result among those who did not get to the Sejm in a given district.

In the parliamentary elections, Bogucki started from the Law and Justice list in the Szczecin district (District No. 41) and won 26 thousand. 375 votes. The PiS candidate with the most votes that failed to win the mandate was Michał Jachfrom 12 thousand 480 votes. Jach told PAP that he intends to take over the parliamentary mandate after Bogucki.
Jach is a major military, a PiS MP and an economist for many years. He is 74 years old and although he was born in Łomża, he is politically associated with Szczecin. He began his career in parliament in 2005, when he obtained a parliamentary mandate from the PiS list; Two years later he did not get re -election. In 2011, he left this chamber again in 2023. Twice he chaired the National Defense Committee and was a member of the so -called Smolensk subcommittee Antoni Macierewicz.

Adam Andruszkiewicz will be the deputy head of the KPRP, who in the last parliamentary elections competed from the PiS list in the Podlasie District (District No. 24) and received 53 thousand. 632 votes. The PiS candidate with the largest number of votes, which failed to win a ticket in this district, was Bogumiła Olbryś – 10 thousand 661 votes. In an interview with PAP, she said that she intends to take over the parliamentary mandate after Andruszkiewicz and that she would go on a free vacation at a veterinary school, of which she is now a director.
Olbryś is a long -term local government activist of PiS from Łomża and for 9 years the director of the Veterinary School in this city. She graduated from the Medical High School in Łomża and studies in Bialystok. She is a nurse, teacher and sociotherapist by profession. She sat in the City Council of Łomża in the years 2008-2016, and in the years 2014-2016 she was her vice-chairman. In addition, she was a member of the Social Committee for supporting the construction of the Łomża bypass and sought it as a councilor. Privately, she is the wife of the former deputy marshal of the Podlasie Voivodeship from PiS, Marek Olbrysia. She was born in Ostrów Mazowiecka, she is 64 years old.
Paweł Szefernaker will be the head of Nawrocki's office, who in the last election competed from the PiS list in the Koszalin District (District No. 40), receiving 29 thousand. 764 votes. The candidate with the largest number of votes, which failed to win a mandate from the PiS list in this district, was Marek Suboczwhich won 7,000 511 votes; In an interview with PAP, he announced that he was going to take over the parliamentary mandate after Szefernaker.
Subocz started unsuccessfully from the PiS lists to the Sejm three times – in 2015, 2019 and 2023. He is a local government activist in Szczecin, where he sits in the regional council, and in the years 2015–2021 he was his deputy voivode. He graduated from the Institute of German Philology at the Master's degree and post -graduate studies in public administration in Koszalin. He was born in Wałcz, where he taught German, first in junior high school and then in high school. There he was also a councilor of the Wałec poviat in 2010–2015. He is 40 years old.
The last of the PiS deputies going to the Chancellery of the President will be Marcin Przyracz. In elections to the Sejm he competed in the Sieradz District (District No. 11) and won 30,000. 423 votes. The candidate with the largest number of votes, which failed to win a mandate from this list in this district, was Tomasz Rzymkowskiwhich obtained 16 thousand 875 votes.
The politician, asked by PAP, whether he intends to take over the parliamentary mandate after his adventure, replied that he did not intend to make premature declarations and wait until the PiS MP waives the mandate.
Rzymkowski sat twice in the Sejm benches (2015-2023) and as the only of these politicians he was a deputy minister; In the years 2021-2023 he was the secretary of state at the Ministry of Education and Science. He graduated from law at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and has a doctoral degree. He worked as a local government official in Lublin and was an activist of the Koliber Association in Kutno. In 2014, he unsuccessfully applied for the mandate of councilman Kutno on behalf of the National Movement, and for the first time he got from the Kukiz-15 list. In 2017, he joined the Union of Real Policy and became the vice president of this party. In 2019 he moved from the Kukiz-15 club to the PiS club, and then ran from the party's list to the Sejm. Today he is a member of PiS. He was born in Kutno and is 39 years old.
