According to Zimoch, the decision was dictated by the activities of the Speaker of the Sejm and Polish Leader 2050 Szymon Hołownia. – I think that the leader, also the leader of one coalition grouping, should not behave like that. Politics is not about night meetings, dinners with the leader of the largest opposition party. In addition, in my opinion, irresponsible words about the coup. No matter how it was not translated by any of the party – the MP stressed.
The head of the Poland 2050 parliamentary club Paweł Śliz thanked the MP for his cooperation. “Even if it is difficult at times,” he wrote on X.
At the beginning of July, Zimoch was suspended as a member of the Polish club 2050. The decision was related to the criticism of the MP at the Speaker of the Sejm and the Polish leader 2050.
It was about the findings of Radio ZET and “Newsweek”, according to which Hołownia visited one of the MEPs of Law and Justice on Thursday in a private apartment – Adam Bielan. Bielan's apartment – as the photojournalists of “Fakt” have established, among others PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński. A day later, a meeting of the leaders of the ruling coalition on the reconstruction of the government was held, in which the head of Poland 2050 also took part.
Hołownia, referring to media reports about the meeting with Bielan, emphasized on platform X that “intensification and excitement” related to his meeting “is neither justified nor indicated”. He noted that he is “one of the few politicians in Poland who regularly meets representatives of both deadly camps”.
Hołownia's entry critically commented on Zimoch. “There is no explanation of what happened. The words are humiliating that” excitement is not justified or advisable. “It is a pity that the marshal does not understand this. Not everyone should be able to take on a night meeting to Mr. B. It's simple. Let's stick to it,” he wrote at X.
At the end of July, the words of the Speaker of the Sejm were broadly commented on that he had been repeatedly suggested that he delay the swearing in to Karol Nawrocki as president of the Republic of Poland and thus made a “coup.” When asked who made these proposals, he talked about people who “did not like the result of the presidential election.” (PAP)
