Ingredients:
- Sanding cookies – 500 g;
- Walnuts – 200 g;
- one can of condensed milk;
- butter – 100 g;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp. L.;
- milk chocolate – 50 g.
Cooking
- Grind the cookies in small pieces (better with your hands). Add sliced walnuts.
- In a separate container, mix condensed milk, soft oil, sour cream and beat until a homogeneous mass. Mix the cookie cream, mix with a spatula or spoon.
- Cover the deep plate with cling film and put the future cake there. Put in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
- The cake can not be left for impregnation, but at once, but then the cookies will be crispy then.
- Turn the cake to the tray, free the film and rub with chocolate on top. If desired, you can sprinkle with poppy seeds imitating ants.
