Ingredients:

  • Sanding cookies – 500 g;
  • Walnuts – 200 g;
  • one can of condensed milk;
  • butter – 100 g;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp. L.;
  • milk chocolate – 50 g.

Cooking

  1. Grind the cookies in small pieces (better with your hands). Add sliced walnuts.
  2. In a separate container, mix condensed milk, soft oil, sour cream and beat until a homogeneous mass. Mix the cookie cream, mix with a spatula or spoon.
  3. Cover the deep plate with cling film and put the future cake there. Put in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
  4. The cake can not be left for impregnation, but at once, but then the cookies will be crispy then.
  5. Turn the cake to the tray, free the film and rub with chocolate on top. If desired, you can sprinkle with poppy seeds imitating ants.
