The new appearance of Krasnoyarskaya Street Karl Marx will be developed by the Novosibirsk company

The municipal contract for the design of a new image of Karl Marx Street in Krasnoyarsk was concluded with the Novosibirsk company Sibir Projectism LLC. This was reported in the city hall.

By the end of the year, the contractor will have to develop a general concept and design estimates for overhaul of both the roadway and pedestrian part of the main city highway. The cost of work is 24.8 million rubles.

“Modern standards and requirements must be brought by 3.8 km of road from Stzalnaya Street to Belinsky Street. It is also necessary to improve pedestrian zones and public spaces, while preserving existing trees, lawns, plants and hedges. The pedestrian part of the street should also become convenient for low -mobility citizens. Fences, stops and other elements of improvement must be brought to a single style. At the same time, the project should provide an underground cable network: all wires and contact lines located on the street will need to be put into underground channels, ”the city hall said.

Recall that Karl Marx Street should be transformed for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. By the same date At least 5 main streets will lead to modern landscaping standards. Now design and estimate documentation is being developed for May 9, Totmin, High-altitude, Godenko and Krasol.

Also, work has already begun on the so -called transverse streets of the historical part of the regional center. It is planned to improve 15 objects in the Unified style, this season work goes on the first 4 – Karatanov, January 9, Peresons and Dzerzhinsky.
