Katarzyna Stachowicz (KO), who in the Sejm presented the report of the regulatory committee, parliamentary and immunity, emphasized that the allegations, which is the subject of prosecutor's proceedings, “concern serious matter, because the actions of MP Fritz primarily break the law.”

She added that the request to repeal the immunity of MP Fritz is that on May 6 this year. year at Powstańców Street in Katowice, acting jointly and in consultation with Grzegorz Braun “he committed the theft of particularly bold”. – In such a way that he took the Flag of the European Union in the hall of the Ministry of Industry in order to appropriate, causing a loss in the amount of PLN 388 – said Stachowicz.

She added that the conclusion is “a certain placement of a dam against hooligan pranks and adventures, which become a method of politics practicing by the environment, whose MP Fritz is a representative.”

– During the discussion, the issue of Poland's membership in the European Union, the security of our country, the role of the European Union flag as a symbol that is protected, as well as that everyone is equal to the law. And if the parliamentarian is allowed to act, the case deserves special condemnation. Because it is illegal and obviously contrary to the law – the MP stressed.

Roman Fritz, who spoke in the Sejm, pointed to elements of the application that he thinks are wrong. He mentioned, among others A fragment that talked about having a “conversation in a harsh tone” at the headquarters of the Ministry of Industry, which he said is a lie.

– Why did this happen? Why was my humble person decided to put in this character? Of course, I am looking for political issues. That is, the confederation of the Polish Crown, MP Grzegorz Braun President, I vice president – you have to do something with these people, because their support in society is growing significantly – said Fritz.

He emphasized that he did not intend to steal anything. – I kept this stand there for about half a minute and that's all, all my activity. Another question, is there a European Union flag, is there a ministry of industry, is this qualification for so -called, particularly bold theft? Behind which is due – attention is not jokes – from half a year to eight years in prison. What conclusion from here? The intersection of Monty Python from the late Stanisław Bareja. Franz Kafka would not come up with it, that you can go to prison for such a thing for many years – he said.

According to art. 278 §3 of the Penal Code, who is committed by the theft of particularly bold, is subject to the penalty of imprisonment from 6 months to 8 years old (PAP)
