Mihai Trandafir takes over the position of CEO IPG Mediabrands Romania, while Victor Croitoru will become the new managing director of UM Romania.

From his new position, Mihai Trandafir will supervise the development of IPG Mediabrands network brands in Romania – UM, initiatives and Kinesso. He will consider optimizing operations, increasing synergies between agencies and identifying new market opportunities to contribute to the development of customer business. Mihai Trandafir will report directly to Monika Bothowska, CEO of IPG Mediabrands CEE.

With over 26 years experience within the UM – more than 20 as Managing Director – Mihai Trandafir brings in the new role a solid strategic vision and a deep understanding of the market.
