According to Rospotrebnadzor, in June last year, the woman entered into an agreement on the installation of a granite monument within 60 days and made a full payment – 147,600 rubles.
“In August, when visiting the cemetery, the customer found the shortcomings of the work performed: the concrete pillow was at the level of the ground, the angle of concrete pillow was mowed, there was no drainage drain. The contractor repeatedly transferred the deadlines for the elimination of shortcomings. When the woman’s patience burst, she sent a written complaint with the requirements to return the money for unfulfilled work, or correct everything within seven days. The requirements were ignored and then the victim turned to our address, ”said Rospotrebnadzor.
Management specialists have made consumer rights and filed a lawsuit. The court decided to recover from IP Mishina V.I. In favor of a woman 156 525 rubles, of which: the cost of unfulfilled work is 57 350 rubles; a penalty for violation of the terms for eliminating deficiencies – 18,000 rubles and for violation of the terms of refund of money – 26,000 rubles; Moral harm – 3,000 rubles and a fine – 52 175 rubles. The decision has entered into force.
Recall that at the beginning of this year, another resident of Achinsk sued the same ritual salon 165 600 rubles.
