The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, told Digi24 on Monday that he had to carry out checks by the Control Body of the Bucharest Public Health Directorate at the Floreasca Emergency Hospital. The official also spoke about Tiberiu Paul Neagu, dismissed by the manager of the sanitary unit from the management of the Big Arși Center, which he accused of “lack of ethics”.
“Today we have a new control body from the Directorate of Public Health in Bucharest, which will administer once again the situation of the authorization for that center of burns, so all the steps that have been taken by the current leadership in the last year to remedy the situations of the Arşi Center. said Alexandru Rogobete, quoted by Agerpres.
He said he did not want to pre -pronounce “until the Directorate of Public Health will carry out what I have disposed today.”
According to the minister, all health units are periodically verified either by the public health department at the request of the health unit if something is changed in the structure, or by the state health inspection, which in particular verifies the protocols and the way of carrying out the activity.
Alexandru Rogobete says that at the Ministry of Health will be carried out an analysis of the legislation that currently regulates the operation of the centers of burns.
“We will come with changes so that certain situations will not be repeated, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, when I have the first results of this team, I will certainly communicate them,” Rogobete said.

One of the problems identified in the Arsi Center is that “the diagnosis of infection associated with medical assistance” is not mentioned, in this way “the provisions of Order 1101/2016 Lit B of Annex no. 2”, according to the official report.

“The fact that for over ten days does not give any sign, does not answer the phone, he was also contacted by manager and other people, I understood that they have not been able to talk to him, it seems to me a lack of ethics, first of all, for the management position he has. It seems to me a lack of ethics towards his colleagues,”
When asked about the possibility of covering the documents the former coordinator of the Center of Arcii from Floreasca Hospital, Alexandru Rogobete said: “I cannot introduce the obligation to have common sense in an order.”
“It seems to me a lack of ethics towards the patient. For this reason I asked for his resignation. Of course he had the same opinion this morning, that he deserves that position and that everything he did for his colleagues and for that center is beneficial. I do not have this opinion about his coordinator activity,” said the minister.
