Nine years ago, when he was the president of USR, Nicușor Dan also used the word “autistic”. He did not refer to a particular person, as George Simion did on Thursday, but to an institution.

In November 2016, in Timișoara, Nicușor Dan spoke about the priorities that USR was to have after the parliamentary elections in December 2016, wrote the local publication tion.ro.

“There are three essential things that USR wants to do. The first is to change the political class to change the Romanian politician. We are with people who have not made a politics, who have a professional career, who would never have done politics if things would have gone well in Romania. In the Parliament a discussion of each specialized commission with relevant actors in society, professional organizations, employers, NGOs, anyone who has the fields on which we work.
