Directors of the Kansky neuropsychiatric boarding school were fined for trying to raise their salaries by arranging them for one and a half rates. This was told in the United press service of the vessels of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

In 2021, a personnel specialist and personnel inspector addressed the Director of PNI. They complained about a large amount of work and a low salary, demanded to increase their bets – otherwise they promised to quit.

To help employees, the director hired them on Vacant posts on duty on the regime. Workers got at 0.5 rates, received payments, but in fact did not fulfill additional duties. So from August 2021 to June 2022, part -time workers received a total of 152 thousand rubles from the budget of the region.

At the trial, the director partially pleaded guilty-he stated that due to reorganization, the staff of the personnel department performed their work unusual, receiving a small wage, so he tried to stimulate them, acting within the wage fund.

The court considered the arguments of the defense insolvent and found the director guilty of “abuse of authority that entailed a significant violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, organizations protected by law of the interests of society and the state. ” He was assigned a fine of 40 thousand rubles, pThe reader has not yet entered into legal force.
