In Krasnoyarsk, the prosecutor's office approved the charge to the driver, Which on the night of June 2 deliberately moved a man.
Recall that everything happened on Partizan Zheleznyak Street. The 33-year-old defendant rode the Skoda Rapid and stopped the car because of the long-lasting part 53-year-old man. A conflict arose between them, during which the motorist intentionally hit a pedestrian.
“The victim began to explain something to him to the driver’s requirements. However, the first presence of a person before the car was not embarrassed and he continued to move. The pedestrian hit his body on the hood and fell on the road. After that, the driver moved him with the rear wheels, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
The incident fell on the street observation camera.
The driver intentionally moved the man
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died from the injuries received: open craniocre injury, hemorrhage and other serious injuries.
The driver himself said that he had no intent to kill a person:
“I did not foresee death as a result of my maneuver, did not want and did not allow the victim to harm health, and even more so – death.”
Nevertheless, the prosecutor's office approved him of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder). For this, imprisonment faces for a period of 6 to 15 years. The criminal case will be considered by the Soviet District Court.
Note that earlier the man was already judged – for fraud.
