Great Britain will evacuate children from gases

The scheme that the government plans to introduce in the coming weeks will allow you to take up to 300 children along with one of the parents or a guardian, and if necessary – with brothers or sisters.

The program is created in parallel with the activities of the charitable organization Project Pure Hope, which has already brought three children to the UK for treatment in a private way and transferred its experience in conducting such evacuation to the government.

The decision was made against the backdrop of political and public pressure: more than 100 deputies called on the government to act faster, and human rights activists filed claims due to evacuation delays.

According to Unicef, since the beginning of the conflict in October 2023, more than a thousand children in gas were killed or wounded. The new British plan is aimed at saving those in need of urgent medical care, which cannot be obtained on the spot.
