Muscovites continue to resettle in brand new apartments under the renovation program. The plans to transport about 10 thousand people only during the summer of 2025.
They will be populated in 119 houses in the near future. One of them is a brand new LCD on Garibaldi Street. Moms, dads, daughters and cats and cats will receive apartments with improved finishes. Nearby: Vorontsovsky park, schools, kindergartens, clinics, shops, sports clubs and cafes. As well as the Metro “New Cheryomushki” in walking distance. For little mobility, the entire infrastructure is provided.
According to the renovation program, six LCDs were built and transferred under settlement: two on the trade union street, two on Garibaldi, one on Sevastopolsky Prospekt and one on Novocheymushkinskaya. Another 13 houses have already moved 1.8 thousand people.
Since 2017, about 220 thousand inhabitants of Moscow have received a new living space under the renovation program.
