Bogdan Zidaru, the manager of Floreasca Hospital, responded, by posting on the Facebook account of the hospital, the open letter sent by Alina Alexandru, by which he detailed the negligent way in which his sister was treated within the Center of Arms that operate in the hospital unit. Zidaru assured her that she would personally coordinate the internal investigation and asked her to send her other relevant data, even if it is a request “that can open a wound again”.

The manager of Floreasca says that when patients or belongings feel abandoned, doctors have a duty to listen and act accordingly.

“At the same time, please, if you feel that you can, directly send me any other relevant details – I know that this request can open a wound again, but I assure you that behind it is the sincere desire to rebuild confidence and to repair what can be repaired,” writes Zidaru.
