Superliga: Dinamo – FCSB match tonight on the National Arena. The public order and safety measures announced by the gendarmes. How many supporters have forbidden access to the stadium

The Gendarmerie of the Capital has announced the measures of public order and safety about the match between Dinamo and FCSB, which will be played on Saturday, from 9.30 pm, on the National Arena, in the fourth stage of Superliga, informs News.ro.

The spectators will have access to the stadium starting at 7:30 pm, only on the basis of the tickets or invitations made available by the organizer, together with an identity document in physical or electronic format.

The access of the supporters of the FC Dinamo 1948 Bucharest supporters in the Sports Complex will be made through bd. Pierre de Coubertin and Maior Ion Coravu street, for the Ion I, Tribune II and for the North lawn, while the access of the supporters of the FCSB team will be made through bd. Bessarabia, for South lawn.

The access of the supporters will be carried out under the guidance of the law enforcement, after carrying out a rigorous control carried out by the gendarmerie and the specialized protection and security company.

For safety reasons, it is recommended for guest supporters not to wear or display Settle of the FCSB team in other areas of the stadium, than the one in the South lawn, which is specially intended for them.

The Bucharest Transport Company informs that the circulation program of all the public transport lines that deflate from the stadium area will be extended.

How many supporters have forbidden access to the stadium

The gendarmerie announces that a number of 32 supporters of the host team and 64 supporters of the guest team are under the prohibition of participating in football matches, meaning that their possible attempt to enter the sports arena constitutes a crime, according to the provisions of art. 31, para. 1 of Law no. 4/2008 regarding the prevention and combating of violence during competitions and sports games, with subsequent modifications and completions.

For this football match, for safety reasons, additional measures will be adopted for controlling vehicles and persons, in order to prevent the introduction of both pyrotechnic materials and other objects prohibited by the normative framework in force.

In this context, in order to avoid the agglomeration around the entrance points in the sports arena and to prevent possible incidents that may occur because of this, it is advisable to come to the stadium in time, starting with the opening of the access gates.

For the safe conduct of the sports event, the Gendarmerie of the Capital addresses the following recommendations:

• to show patience, to respect the indications of the gendarmes and to avoid involvement in conflicts of any kind;
• if they are witnesses to commit some antisocial facts, to request the support of the law enforcement in the area;
• Parents to supervise children.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 4 of 2008 on the prevention and combating of violence during competitions and sports games, as subsequently amended and supplemented, spectators are obliged to strictly respect the measures established by the organizer and law enforcement, on the travel routes to/from the places of competitions and sports games, near and within the sports bases.

Also, in accordance with the provisions of the same normative act, the entry into the stadium, the public access through tourniquets, the guard of the locker rooms and the protection of the arbitrators, the guidance and supervision of the public in the stadium is carried out by the agents of the security and protection company, contracted by the organizer.

What do those who commit antisocial facts risk

At the same time, it is advisable not to be involved in incidents that could lead to disturbance of public order and peace, delimiting by any form of verbal or physical aggression that could lead to violent manifestations, with the mention that any violation of the legal provisions in force will be firmly sanctioned by the law enforcement.

Thus, those who commit antisocial facts will be identified on the spot or after the sports game in order to sanction according to the legal framework in force. According to the legal provisions in force, the spectators are not allowed to introduce alcoholic beverages, pyrotechnic materials forbidden by law or other objects that can endanger the security of participants in this sports competition.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 5 of GEO no. 31 of 2002 regarding the prohibition of organizations, symbols and facts of a fascist, legionary, racist or xenophobic character and the promotion of the cult of persons guilty of committing genocide offenses against humanity and war crimes, with subsequent modifications and completion and the act of promoting, in public, ideas, concepts or fascist, legionary, racist or xenophobic concepts, within the meaning of art. 2, letter. a), is punished by imprisonment from 3 months to 3 years and the prohibition of rights.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 4 of 2008 on the prevention and combating of violence during competitions and sports games, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the gendarmes will supervise the behavior of the spectators, both on the routes of finding/deflaction to/from the sports base, as well as within it, including by carrying out video recordings and operative photographs for the purpose of identifying persons.
