In the upcoming Saturday, August 2, as part of the project “Bright shores»On the Krasnoyarsk Central Embankment will pass Family fitness festival. Everyone is invited to him.

Guests are promised a rich program:

• The festival will open in 16:20 with a training session on Zumba, a new occupation will begin every half an hour.
• On the location of the Relax Zone, you can relax from the city bustle: stand on nails, work out or oriental dancing or yoga.
• Under the communal bridge on the scene of the art bar, a lectureur will be held: doctors and coaches will talk about proper nutrition and secrets of longevity.
• On the big stage, the demonstrations of fitness trainers will take place every hour.
• The chess and checkers tournament will take place, organize the Curling site.
• Squares for creativity will also work: children will be able to make figures from air plasticine, poultry from paper, participate in the creation of a cartoon.
• Musicians, dancers and vocalists will enter the concert platform. IN 20:20 will sing the semi -finalist of the Voice project Daria Zvezdina, the evening will end with a performance by the participants of the Rock over Yenisei project –Groups “In my metro freely“.
