The tragedy happened on July 31 in the evening on the Chulym River, flowing in the vicinity of the village of Verkhnyaya Chulymka.
“Four minor young men came to the river. During bathing, one of them began to sink, because he did not know how to swim. The peers tried to save him, but he sharply disappeared under water, the situation was complicated by the strong flow of the river, ”the UK said.
Rescuers are currently looking for the body of the deceased. And investigators conduct a procedural audit.
