
It is no secret that rosehip contains quite a lot of beneficial substances that allow you to maintain health during the period of exacerbation of colds and viral diseases. Cooking process:
Rinse the fruits of rosehip in cold water thoroughly. Dry slightly and crush them with your hands, a rolling pin or in any other way.
Pour water into an enameled pan and put it on the stove. Bring to a boil and pour chopped fruits. Close the lid and boil for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
Remove the pan from the stove and insist for 3-4 hours. Strain the drink through a strainer or gauze folded in 4 layers. When filtering, the fruits must be squeezed so that the maximum number of vitamins B, C and R.
In a filtered vitamin broth, add honey or sugar to taste. Keep the drink in the refrigerator, otherwise it will quickly deteriorate. The drink is recommended for various diets and helps the body get enough of vitamins.
