The net profit of the ING Bank Śląski Group in the second quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 1.14 billionwhich means a slightly better (by 5 %) result than market expectations. However, this is mainly the effect of higher income and lower risk costs (the interest result turned out to be lower than forecasts).

At the end of June 2025, the credit receivables of gross retail customers amounted to PLN 75.9 billion, which means that during the first half of 2025 the bank's credit involvement in relation to this group of clients increased by 6.4 percent. The largest increase in volumes occurred in the area of mortgage loans with a fixed percentage (+3.1 billion PLN, +14 percent compared to December 2024).

In September 2024, the Supervisory Board chose a new president – it was Michał Bolesławski, who took its position in April 2025.
