Ingredients:
- minced meat (beef or pork) – 500 g;
- one onion;
- parsley or cilantro – a handful;
- salt, dry garlic, smoked paprika to taste;
- Lavash – 1-2 pcs.;
- one tomato;
- one or two sweet pepper;
- 1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking
- Add salt to minced meat, dry garlic, smoked paprika and cilantro/parsley.
- Put the minced meat on a baking sheet covered with parchment, distribute in the form of strips with gaps.
- Add tomatoes and pepper to the edge of the baking sheet, salt and sprinkle with vegetable oil.
- Bake in the oven at 220 ° C 20 minutes.
- Put everything on the lavash and form a kebab. Serve with lavash and vegetables.
