In the Emelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police are conducting an investigation into an accident in which a pedestrian died.
The accident occurred at night at 23 km of the Krasnoyarsk Bypass highway (part of the R-255 Siberia). The 43-year-old Isuzu truck driver did not notice the woman who was walking along the road in the same direction. There were no reflective elements on her clothing. A car hit a pedestrian.
“The woman died from her injuries at the scene of the accident. The examination for the state of intoxication established that the driver at the moment accidents was sober», — the press service said.
Currently, investigators from the Emelyanovsky Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are conducting an investigation into this fact, and work is underway to establish the identity of the pedestrian.
