Shmygal's statement was heard in response to the journalist’s questions about the effectiveness of the TCC in the context of his criticism by Ukrainians, in particular, regarding the use of force.
The minister emphasized that in the media and social networks show the most painful moments, which are few if we compare the number of such cases with the volume of mobilization. He explained this by a human factor and assured that every similar case is versed in military leadership.
“But without mobilization, without the work of TCC, we would have lost this war for a long time. This also we must pay tribute to this,” he emphasized.
According to Shmygal, now the former military who have passed the battlefield and know that their twinets, who need rotation are there, are mainly working in TCC. He emphasized that the work of TCC does not have the goal of harm to someone, but is needed in order for the country and the nation to survive.
The head of the defense department drew attention to the fact that the theme of TCC became toxic, in particular, and thanks to the efforts of the enemy, there are a lot of working on this. As an example, he also cited the attacks of the Russian Federation on TCC. At the same time, Shmygal emphasized that the TCC alternatives were not yet, although he admitted that with the structure it was necessary to work and improve certain points.
“But we have no other tool. There is no one else. And there was no historically different alternative,” Shmygal said.
