Rainbow Tours shopping. The company has permission to take over the Romanian tour operator

Rainbow Tours received the consent of the Romanian administration body to take over 70 percent. shares in the Romanian travel agency Paralla 45 Turism – said Rainbow Tours in a communiqué. It was the last of the suspension conditions specified in the contract.

Pursuant to the provisions of the contract, in connection with the fulfillment of the last of the suspension conditions, 70 percent will be transferred to Rainbow Tours. Company's shares, and the purchase price in the amount of EUR 8.1 million will be paid entirely from the own funds of the Polish company.

Purchase of the remaining 30 percent Paralel 45 Turism shares will end in 2031 after approving the financial statements of Paralla 45 Turism SRL for the financial year 2030, with the value of the acquisition of these shares will be determined each time based on the economic indicators and financial results of the parallel 45 Turism SRL for the rotational years 2028-2030, based on the Earn-Out mechanism set out in the contract.
