Mihai Stoica (60 years old), the president of the FCSB Board of Directors, reacted on social networks after the former international Mihăita Pleșan declared that he proposed to the red-blues Carlos Mora, the right back of the University of Craiova, and Raul Florucz, the striker of the Belgians from Union Saint-Gilloise, without receiving any answer.
