Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law providing for the expansion of tax benefits for corporate material assistance to families with children. This was told in the Ministry of Finance.
According to the document, the non -taxable personal income tax and insurance premiums, a one -time corporate payment for each child will grow from 50 thousand to 1 million rubles. We are talking about the support that employers can provide employees at birth, adoption of the child or when establishing guardianship over the child.
At the same time, companies will be able to include such payments in non -operating expenses. This will reduce the tax base for income tax and thus reduce the tax burden on companies that provide employees with financial assistance.
In addition, the law provides for a number of business benefits:
The zero VAT rate in the hotel business is extended to stimulate the development of domestic tourism until 2030;
From 2 to 3 billion rubles, the threshold in terms of income of public catering enterprises increases for exemption from VAT. This will give an additional incentive for the development of the industry and will allow to “whitewash” the catering market;
The tax burden of VAT and income tax is reduced for organizations with gratuitous transfer of property, works and services for the needs of the SV.
Recall that soon the company of small and medium -sized businesses, individual entrepreneurs and self -employed Russians will receive the right to postpone payments on loans for up to six months. Such a law was adopted by the State Duma, it will enter into force on October 1, 2025.
