“A friend, a neurosurgeon, told me, what are the consequences when a surgeon does not enter the operating room, but a butcher,” writes CSM Claudiu Drăgușin on Facebookcomparing this discussion with the announcement of Prime Minister Bolojan on the pensions of the magistrates on Tuesday.

Claudiu Drăgușin says that “things are clear” in terms of the measures announced by Ilie Bolojan in connection with the modification of the system of retirement of judges and prosecutors, but “the beneficiary is in no case the citizen who, today, for different reasons (some, maybe, to understand) is tempted to applaud”.

CSM: All the measures announced are registered “in the stigmatization campaign” of the magistrates
Following the measures announced on Tuesday by Prime Minister Bolojan, and the Superior Council of Magistracy criticized the way of public communication of the measures decided by the Government, specifying that this approach “is specific to a true dictatorship and without any consultation of the judicial authority, represents an abusive and discretionary manifestation of the prerogatives of the executive power, which the principle of the Public Power and the power status in the state of justice ”.

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announced on Tuesday the increase of the retirement age of the magistrates to 65 years and the decrease of the amount of the pension to 70% of the last net salary.
“We propose the increase of the retirement age and the entry into the system of justice in a standard age of 65. Also, compared to the age that today provides for the 25 -year law, which allows the retirement to 48 years, we propose an increase in age after which you can retire at 35 years. He wants, but not at 48, but at 58 years old.

Bolojan stressed that these proposals would eliminate an inequity from the society, specifying that by the end of this week a calendar regarding the debate and approval of the project will be announced.
Currently, magistrates can retire if they are 25 years old in the legal field, the amount of the pension being 80% of the gross income received in the last month.
