Change in the XTB application. “With a view to improving ergonomics”

A new navigation belt has appeared in the XTB application to increase transparency and facilitate access to the function. Users praise and the broker emphasizes that they are constantly working on ergonomics for users.

Investors using the XTB application have noticed in recent days the appearance of a new navigation belt on the left side of the interface. It offers simpler access to the most commonly used functions, increasing the convenience of use and shortening the time needed to perform investment activities.

In the first half of 2025, XTB refreshed the appearance of the mobile application, introducing solutions in accordance with modern trends in interface design. Now similar improvements have also been implemented on a desktop platform.

– One of the key novelties is the left navigation belt, designed to improve the ergonomics and speed of moving around the platform. Thanks to it, access to the most frequently used functions has become more direct, which reduces the time needed to perform key investment activities. He also created the possibility for investors in the future to have access to their IKE and IKZE accounts also from the computer level – commented the XTB press office.

– We have also introduced a new starting view, which allows the user to immediately inspect all the accounts he owned, including IKE and IKZE accounts, and the most important information about each of them. This solution minimizes the number of clicks for people who want to control their investments and simplifies the first contact with the platform – the broker added.

Users evaluate the change as a plus

– The appearance of the left belt in the XTB desktop application is a good and thoughtful movement from the broker. The strap rolls up automatically and does not take up much space, and gives access to new functions introduced in recent months and years by XTB, which so far in the desktop application have been hardly visible. These include for investment plans and IKE and IKZE accounts. – Until now, the XTB application has focused on the needs of the user investing on the Forex market. Now there is fast and visible access to other functions needed by a user focused on a longer investment horizon. It is possible that this is the beginning of the process of organizing the application and ultimately most of the settings will be on this new bar, disappearing from other places in the application – adds Marcin Dziadkowiak.

The XTB press office emphasized that the introduced changes are a natural step, resulting from the dynamic development of the offer and the need to further optimize user experience. As Broker emphasized, the main purpose of the change is to increase the comfort of using the platform for both active investors and those who operate in a more passive way.
