During meetings in the USA, the head of Roskosmos plans to discuss the issues of continuing cross flights, the operation of an international space station and safe removal from orbit.
The Russian delegation also wants to visit the Space Center Johnson and meet the crew of the Crew Dragon spacecraft, which includes the Russian cosmonaut Oleg Platonov.
Bakanow announced that the delegation of Roskosmos was invited by the American side to the USA to the start of the Crew Dragon ship as part of the Crew-11 mission, which is planned for July 31.
The last time the bosses of Roskosmos and NASA met in October 2018. The then head of NASA Jim Bradenstine flew to Russia in connection with the then starting start of the Sojuz MS-10 spacecraft. He was welcomed by the then head of Roskosmos Dmitry Rogozin.
