LPP received a financial penalty from the PFSA of PLN 1.8 million

LPP received the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority imposing a fine on the company in conditions of an extraordinary alleviation of PLN 1.8 million – LPP said in a statement.

The penalty was imposed in connection with the failure to perform the obligation, by not submitting to the public, established on May 10, 2022, confidential information about the negotiations, key conditions and structure of sales transaction by the company 100 percent. shares of the company RE Trading OOO.
