At the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station, a large-scale update was conducted to the 53rd anniversary of the station

On July 26, the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station of the EN+ company celebrated the 53rd anniversary of the commissioning. The station is constantly upgrading, which increases the efficiency of equipment and creates comfortable conditions for employees. In July this year, several large projects were implemented at the hydroelectric power station.

So, the station is overhauled by hydraulic unit No. 12. It is unique in that, in addition to typical work on the main equipment, auxiliary and auxiliary installation boilers are replaced, fire extinguishing system is automated and relay protection devices were updated.

“On the 12th hydraulic unit is in full swing overhaul. Repair and restoration of its parts is carried out, after which we will assemble, tests and configure. Residents of the region, I think, will not notice this modernization, and this is, in principle, well for us – that we are not noticed, but we are – we support the reliability of work, ”said Nikolai Bakshutov, deputy director of the Directorate for the main production and reconstruction of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station (included in the En+).

Also, power engineers replaced insulators in hard -to -reach sections of power lines. The garlands of insulators serve to protect wires under high voltage, but during operation some of them are damaged. Work on their replacement requires special training, since staff has to rise to a height of more than 50 meters. To date, insulators have been replaced in crossings of three blocks, in the fall of work will be carried out on the fourth.

For the first time since the launch of the station, the roadway was completely replaced. The work that began in June completed it ahead of schedule. The new asphalt is laid on the site with a length of more than 1 km and an area of 10.4 thousand square meters. This was preceded by the dismantling of not only the old coating, but also the rail tracks that were used during construction.

“The Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station pays attention not only to the reliability of the main and auxiliary equipment. This, of course, including the improvement of the station’s territory for the convenience of our employees. For the first time since the start of start -up, we made a major overhaul of the roadway. This is not just a new asphalt – the railway tracks that remained from the moment of construction were removed and were not used for operation, ”said Stanislav Legekens, director of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station (part of En+).

In parallel, standard work is also underway, for example, inspection of the poles of the generator.

“We work in two shifts so as not to violate the technological process, and so that other workshops can also start our work as soon as possible. Each employee contributes. We are doing a common cause. Probably, his father instilled love for energy, he worked here until 2004. And so I came here in 2003 by a young locksmith, ”shared Yuri Rumyantsev, senior master of the generator section of the electrical workshop of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station (part of En+).

The constant updating of the equipment of the Hydroelectric Power Power Plant is carried out as part of the New Energy modernization program, which was launched by the founder of the company En+ Oleg Deripaska. Capital repairs of hydraulic units at the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station are carried out every 6 years, and current – once every two years. This frequency allows you to stably ensure the electricity of the enterprise and residents of the region.
