In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police officers establish the circumstances of a fatal accident with a 7-year-old child. This was reported in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.
The tragedy occurred in the evening of June 4 in the city of Ilan. According to preliminary data, in the area of house No. 17 on the Decembrist street, the driver of the Nissan Presage car knocked down a girl who suddenly ran out onto the road due to a moving traffic flow outside the pedestrian crossing.
As a result of the accident, the child died at the scene. Now the police are checking on this fact, the necessary procedural decisions are made.
“We urge all road users to show maximum caution and attentiveness, especially near pedestrian areas and places of possible children,” law enforcement officers said.
We will remind, earlier in Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case was instituted against the man who deliberately knocking the man on paragraph “a” of part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder). The suspect was detained, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being resolved.
