In Krasnoyarsk, school food operators were chosen

In the new academic year, LLC Kulinar, Rich and Kravit will be responsible for the organization of food in the schools of Krasnoyarsk. The completion of the process of choosing companies for the provision of these services was reported in the city hall:

“Contracts have been concluded with all food operators. Their responsibility is the maintenance of 75 educational institutions of the city, including providing free nutrition of primary school students and preferential categories, as well as the organization of a free distribution line. ”

Today, the deputy head of the city, the head of the Department of Social Development, Evgeny Yuryev, held a meeting with food operators, and organizational issues were discussed at the meeting. So, until the end of August, the companies should prepare everything necessary for the provision of high -quality and safe services, completely gain a qualified team of catering units, purchase and deliver products. Also, by the beginning of the school year, all organizations should be able to pay with bank cards.

“Contracts with winning companies will be valid from September 1 to December 31, 2025. This decision was made to ensure the organization of food in accordance with the current cost of a set of products, which is indexed annually as of January 1. Earlier, contracts with food operators were concluded for the school year, from September 1 to May 31, the city hall said. – Most schools will continue to cooperate with outsourcing nutrition operators, becoming direct customers of services, which allows you to make a power system more flexible and operational. Two-stage control over the work of the catering units will still work: from the school, as a customer, and from specialists of the Main Directorate of Education. The parental control system will continue its work. ”

The city hall also recalled that on September 1, another 10 schools will begin independent catering: this is No. 7, 53, 65, 133, 158, 160, 161, lyceums No. 7, 10 and gymnasium No. 15. Thus, 35 educational institutions will provide food for their students.
