“Mimosa” is a favorite salad that does not lose relevance. Cook it for a holiday or every day according to a classic recipe. For a mimosa recipe you will need canned sardine, a little vegetables and mayonnaise, ”the site says.

Ingredients:

  • 350 g Sardin;
  • Three eggs;
  • one onion;
  • 150 g of solid cheese;
  • three potatoes;
  • two carrots;
  • 70 g of mayonnaise;
  • Salt to taste.

Cooking

  1. Grate boiled potatoes and carrots.
  2. Grate boiled eggs in a separate container of protein, and in another bowl, open the yolks.
  3. Rub the cheese.
  4. Cut the onion with a cube and pour boiling water in a bowl for five minutes. Then strain through a sieve.
  5. Put in the salad bowl the first layer grated potatoes and salt.
  6. Put the onion on the potatoes. On the onion – cheese and anoint with mayonnaise.
  7. Mash canned fish in a separate vessel and put the mass on a layer of cheese with mayonnaise.
  8. Put grated egg proteins with the next layer, and a layer of mayonnaise on top.
  9. Then lay out grated carrots and anoint it with mayonnaise with a fork.
  10. The last layer is grated yolks. Make an even upper layer from them and put the salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
