In the Soviet district of Krasnoyarsk, the court banned the activities of an illegal private boarding house for the elderly and disabled people of Kadotsa LLC.
A complaint about the work of the institution on Svetlogorskaya Street entered the prosecutor's office.
“In the boarding house, where 8 vulnerable guests lived, an audit passed. It turned out that the employees of the institution roughly violated the law, without the necessary license, they took up dangerous procedures: they did injections, gave drugs and performed other medical manipulations, risking the health of the people who trusted them. Residential premises for the boarding house were used for other purposes. Violations of sanitary standards and safety rules turned out to be even more alarming, ”the supervisory department said.
The prosecutor’s office applied to the court with a request to prohibit the use of premises to provide social services, the lawsuit was completely satisfied.
