Pasic then explained how this situation was reached, respectively how he was deceived, according to him.
Noting that the Prosecutor's Office of the Centory Municipality Sarajevo, in the harmonization process, deleted from the cadastral registers on Mr. Măric (Mose) Isak Alkalaj, the owner of the space, together with my lawyers, I legally reintegrated Mr. Alkalaj, who is registered as the owner of the space.
The Centory Municipality Sarajevo tried to challenge this, but there was no legal basis, because he was never the owner of the mentioned space. Subsequently, a new trial was filed at the Sarajevo Municipal Court, which took place for more than six months without my knowledge and my legal representatives. They misled the judge with evidence, then waited to receive the final court decision and lose all the legal possibilities to defend me.
