MCI sells the IAI group to the global fund


The net impact of the company for the sale of shares of the company will be around PLN 469.3 million. The final price will be calculated and settled after the date of closing the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
During the seven years of the Fund's presence, the IAI Group, developed jointly with its founders-Paweł Fornalski and Sebastian Muliński-completed a number of investments, significantly increased the scale of activity, strengthened the organizational structures and strengthened the position of the SAAS solution leader for the SAAS solution for the e-commerce industry in Poland.

MCI invested in the IAI group in 2018. In 2021, the IAI Group took over Shoprenter – the market leader in Hungary – which initiated its foreign expansion. Two years later, in 2023, the company purchased the control package of Atomstore – a Polish supplier of solutions for larger online stores. This allowed the group to develop the Enterprise customer segment.
As a result of these activities The IAI Group has become the largest in Poland-in terms of GMV-a supplier of Saas platform for e-commerce, supporting over 10 percent. the entire trading of the e-commerce market in Poland.
The heart of the IAI group's offer is the Idosell platform, addressed to medium and large stores (merchants) implementing thousands of transactions per month. The company has built a comprehensive ecosystem of services supporting e-commerce development around it-from payment and logistics, through marketing tools to international sales.
During the MCI-IAI group, the IAI Group increased its activities nearly 6 times. The value of transactions served by the Platform (GMV) exceeded PLN 20 billion in 2024, and in the current year the group plans to generate about PLN 300 million in revenues.
