The businessmen Emil and Daniel Tănăsoiu (father and son), the owners of the real estate company Primavera Development, were authorized to demolish their neighborhood of villas in Mesteceni, in the area of the French village, made in 2000, and to build a multifunctional complex with an area of 6 times, according to the information obtained. This will be the first modern residential neighborhood demolished in Romania.
