The Krasnoyarsk Regional Court continues to receive lawsuits demanding to cancel the resonant municipal reform. Now to challenge the liquidation of rural settlements as independent municipalities decided by the Council of Deputies of the Sukhobuzimsky district.

Speaking against municipal reform LDPR deputy Ivan Petrov He said that such an outcome was predictable from the very beginning. “The old and ill -conceived initiative will inevitably drag into the bog of litigation. And these claims are only the first swallows, followed by a wave of folk protest, ”the deputy believes.

“The LDPR fiercely opposed reform, which they tried to drag without asking people's opinions. Now, though with bitterness, it is gratifying to see how the deputies from other parties open, ”says deputy Petrov.

Petrov emphasized that the ill -conceived reform is obvious on the example of the Sukhobuzimsky district. According to him, residents of the village of Sukhobuzimskoye will have to get to the new district center in Big Murta by public transport with an uncomfortable transplant of at least three hours. A taxi trip will cost them about 2500 rubles. And for residents of small settlements, the road to the district administration will become almost inaccessible.

The problems of the Krasnoyarsk municipal reform have become the subject of discussion of federal political scientists.

“The authorities are trying to stop the problem, but so far more and more dissatisfied raises their heads. In this case, deputy Petrov took the right position, partly even beneficial to the regional authorities, ”said political analyst Alexander Semenov. – Thanks to his tough position, he consolidates the dissatisfied elites around himself. And the very fact of the unification of the protest forces around the young deputy demonstrates his political maturity. ”

According to the deputy Petrov, the scandalous municipal reform will lead to dysfunction of government in the region. Therefore, the LDPR will continue the struggle for a referendum, which should determine the feasibility of transformations proposed by the authorities.
