The justification emphasized that currently, the consumption takes place twice a year and each time covers several stages at the same time: medical examinations, psychological selection, work of the conscript committee, as well as appearing in the military commission for further sending to the unit. According to the authors, the new order will allow even distribution of the load on the conscript committees during the year and increasing the efficiency of work.

State pride will consider the bill in autumn, because the spring session of the lower chamber ends on Wednesday, July 23. If the initiative is adopted, the new order will enter into force on January 1, 2026.
