The bill assumes that medical committees, psychological selection and meeting committees meetings They will now take place in continuous mode. And sending conscripts to the place of service, as before, will take place in two main periods: from April 1 to July 15 and from October 1 to December 31.

The justification emphasized that currently, the consumption takes place twice a year and each time covers several stages at the same time: medical examinations, psychological selection, work of the conscript committee, as well as appearing in the military commission for further sending to the unit. State pride will consider the bill in autumn, because the spring session of the lower chamber ends on Wednesday, July 23. If the initiative is adopted, the new order will enter into force on January 1, 2026.
