“Prosecutor of the Investigative Team No. 2 of the National Prosecutor's Office sent to the Szczecin-Centrum District Court in Szczecin The indictment against three former directors of the State Forests, i.e. Michał C., Józef K. and Andrzej Sz.accused of exceeding the rights through the fictitious employment of Dariusz Matecki in the State Forests Information Center and in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Szczecin ” – we read in the Tuesday communication of the National Prosecutor's Office posted on Platform X.
The entry shows that the indictment was sent a few days earlier, i.e. July 18, 2025.

Three former directors heard allegations many months ago. They did not admit to committing the accused of the offenses and made explanations.
