Member of the Board of Directors of the Moscow Bank stole about 180 million rubles from the client’s cell and tried to fly away from the country
On December 20, the client of the National Bank of Savings came to the department for cash, but she was awaited by a tragic surprise: most of her savings evaporated. It was a very serious amount – less than a month ago, the woman entrusted the bank of 270 million rubles.
The police began the investigation, the bank employees on their part initiated an official audit. During her, it turned out that 38-year-old Alexei Gostyukhin could be involved in the theft, as he had access to the client’s cell.
Investigators found out that immediately after the abduction, Gostyukhin bought tickets for an airplane. He did not have time to fly away – they detained right at the airport.
A case of the theft was opened on GOSTYUKHIN. He managed to transfer part of the stolen to cryptocurrency.
