In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, overhaul ended in 457 houses

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, work on capital repair in 457 apartment buildings was carried out.

The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities explained that roof repairs took place in 137 houses, in 45 buildings they replaced or repaired gas supply systems, and 57 – Engineering systems of drainage, heating, hot and cold water supply. 6 basements, 20 facades, 84 power supply systems were also put in order. In 108 houses, new elevators were installed.

“When implementing the overhaul program, special attention is still aimed at replacing gas and elevator equipment, because the condition of these common house systems is directly related to the safety of residence. In total, this year it is planned to replace 131 gas supply system and more than 1200 elevators in 358 houses. This is a colossal amount of work, for its implementation, we carried out great preparatory work in terms of selection of contractors, purchase of the necessary equipment. The elevators in houses work almost continuously, undergo constant loads, while various nodes and details undergo unequal wear. However, during the overhaul of the replacement, not only the cabin is subject to replacement, but completely all the mechanisms, ” – told the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities Yuri Shestopalov.
