In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 65 post offices do not work due to the lack of staff

The Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory discussed the activities of the Russian Post. Deputies were interested in the condition of post offices and a shortage of personnel.

Deputies of the regional parliament regularly receive complaints from voters about the work of post offices. Among the most common problems are the lack of postmen, queues and long delivery. At the same time, “Russian Post” is a monopolist in the issue of issuing a pension. In addition, older people can pay for housing and communal services or transmit meters.

The Minister of Digital Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Nikolai Raspin said that he proposed to transfer part of the authority of the organization to the regional level to stabilize the situation, but there was no answer.

The director of the UFPS of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Ivan Krupyanko said that he has been working in the position since April 2025. Now there are 797 stationary departments in the region, including 170, located in the Far North.

Now 359 departments are working according to the temporary regime, work 65 is suspended due to lack of personnel.

About 194 thousand pensioners in the region receive pensions and benefits through communication departments, of which more than 60% at home. Ivan Krupyanko assured that in Krasnoyarsk the usual procedure for paying pensions and benefits in the departments is preserved. People can still come to the nearest branch, to which they are attached.

The Director of the Department explained that since 2019, the Russian Post has become a joint -stock company and switched to self -sufficiency. By the end of the year, branches in the Krasnoyarsk and Altai Territories, Kemerovo, Irkutsk regions, Altai, Tuva and Khakassia republics will be combined into one with the head office in Krasnoyarsk. Despite this, part of the activity is still regulated by the antimonopoly service.

“We cannot raise tariffs for basic services to a market level. In a number of directions, we work at a loss due to the fact that the actual costs of transportation and processing are much more than the tariff itself. For example, the transportation of mail to the Far North is 200 rubles per 1 kg – the payment of services to airlines, while the tariff for shipping 1 kg of the parcel for the client will be approximately 150 rubles, depending on the place of reception, ”explained the director of the UFPS of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Ivan Krupyanko.

During the discussion, deputy Ekaterina Svodelko said that a new modular post office was recently built in the village of Shiversky of the Boguchansky district, people are very happy. But the problem is that two postmen who work there gave additional services in the load. Now they must linger after work for two hours to give out the goods of one of the marketplaces. An additional reward is paid for one such parcel – 7 rubles. “This does not motivate employees, the postmen receive 29-35 thousand rubles a month, while they already sell food and other goods. For marketplaces, you can look for another format, ”the deputy was indignant.

Sergei Sizonenko said that in Taimyr the hotel owners ordered a hundred mattresses and blankets with free delivery through the mail on the online platform. “They received a load in the north free of charge, and the mail suffered losses,” the parliamentarian noted.

Ilya Zaitsev focused on the need to increase salaries to employees of the mail. “When the head of the department is liable for tens of millions of rubles, and earns less a courier, it is difficult to expect the stability of personnel. But, as it turned out, the issues of payment are resolved exclusively at the federal level, and regional leaders are forced to prove the need to increase in manual mode. How this happened in Sosnovoborsk after a simultaneous dismissal of all employees of the post office, ”said Ilya Zaitsev.

Yuri Zakharinsky called on the postage management personally to travel around the region, “watch and evaluate the condition of the departments.” Elena Penzina and Yuri Adamenko also participated in the discussion.

The chairman of the Committee on State Organization, Legislation and Local Government Galina Amplogov summed up the meeting. She emphasized that the “Russian Post” is a federal structure, the organization is not unprofitable in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, but nevertheless, the management does not increase salaries to employees, does not repair the department.

“We continue to keep the question of the work of Russian Post. In the near future, the Ministry of Digital Development of the region holds a meeting in the VKS mode. We will discuss the topic together with the leadership of the municipalities of the region, fix their proposals, now they are included in the solution of problems, help the Russian Post in the selection of personnel. In the fall, our committee will submit an appeal to the federal authorities to the session of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. We insist that it is necessary to take measures to stabilize the work of the Russian Post, which carries an important social burden. The authorities of the region are interested in being resolved, ”said Galina Amplogova.
