Ingredients:
- 110 grams of flour
- 125 ml of kefir
- 15 grams of melted butter
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 raw egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of soda
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 “modest” bunch of onions
Recipe:
In one bowl, you need to mix flour, soda, salt and sugar, and in another vessel – beat the eggs and kefir with a fork. Combine two mixtures, pour the melted butter, mix again and leave to rest for 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the beam and boiled testicle finely, and then knead the filling in the dough. Then you can start cooking.
“We turn over when the pancakes are covered with pimples and will confidently keep the shape. If it seems to you that the pancakes are burning, then you don’t think. Reduce fire,” Roman reminded.
