“Fresh fat is an ideal snack. But it can be improved even more, and the shelf life is increased using one simple method: salting in the bank. All you need is, in fact, lard, salt and a large three -liter bank,” the culinary culinary culinary is noted.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of fresh fat;
- 200 g of salt (it is better to choose large, stone, but not iodized);
- One bundle of parsley for serving.
Cooking
- Rinse fresh fat, dry it and cut it into pieces.
- Pour salt into a bowl and roll lard in it.
- Pour a little salt to the bottom of the three-liter jar, lay out one or two pieces of fat and sprinkle them with salt. Put a layer of fat on top and sprinkle with salt. Continue to do this before filling the can.
- Close the jar with a lid and put in the refrigerator or in a dry cold dark place for five to seven days.
