In Khakassia, the director and deputy budgetary institution “Resphargia” are accused of fraud and exceeding official powers, the Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation said.
Investigators believe that from January 2024 to June 25, 2025, the director of the institution arranged his deputy, which was responsible for drug support, for two more work. According to the documents, he was the head of the pharmacy in the village of Bely Yar and the head of the pharmacy in the village of Kopyevo. False information was entered in his time of accounting for working time, but in fact, the official did not fulfill his duties. Despite this, for a year and a half he was paid a salary of more than 250 thousand rubles.
In addition, from April 2023 to May 2025, the director and his deputy gave illegal instructions to the employees of the pharmacy “Respharmace.”
“The instructions concerned a fictitious write-off to the expiration of the shelf life of medicinal drugs to persons included in the federal and regional registers of persons entitled to receive state social assistance with outpatient treatment without their actual issuance,” the press service explained.
Thus, the rights of citizens who were supposed to receive drugs were violated. The federal and regional budgets caused damage in the amount of more than 1.4 million rubles.
In relation to officials, criminal cases were instituted under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud committed by a person using his official position, largely), paragraphs “G”, “E” of Part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (excess of officials, a group of persons by prior conspiracy, from other personal interest). Now they are in custody.
In the criminal case, the necessary investigative actions are carried out, aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed.
