
Sunny rays are often very insidious. Even a couple of hours under the scorching sun are able to leave behind painful burns, redness and shabby skin.
But do not rush to run to the pharmacy. Folk remedies from improvised products will help restore the skin softly, efficiently and safely.
1. Kefir or yogurt
Sour -milk products quickly relieve heat, reduce inflammation and moisturize damaged skin. Just moisten the soft fabric in a cold kefir, put on a charred area for 15–20 minutes and do not wash off immediately – let it absorb.
2. Holding from black tea
Tanins in tea reduce inflammation and help restore the skin barrier. Brew strong black tea, cool, moisten a cotton pad and gently wipe the burned skin. Repeat several times a day.
3. The pulp of aloe
Cut the aloe sheet, squeeze the transparent pulp and apply to the affected area. Aloe accelerates healing, moisturizes and has an antiseptic effect.
4. Oatow infusion
Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oatmeal with warm water and let it brew for 15 minutes. Apply the resulting gruel to burned skin – it will remove itching and prevent peeling.
5. Cucumber juice
The juice of fresh cucumber will quickly cool, relieve swelling and initial inflammation. Grate the cucumber on the grater, apply on gauze and use as a compress.
These simple and affordable products will help the skin recover faster and avoid scars.
The main thing, do not tear off the peeling skin, do not use alcohol lotions and avoid repeated exposure to the sun until completely recovery. Drink more water, wear free clothes and give the skin time for regeneration.
