According to the Infotrafic Center of the Romanian Police, on the A3 Bucharest-Ploieşti highway, at kilometer 12, in the area of Voluntari, Ilfov county, several cattle broke the protective fence and entered the road, blocking both directions.

According to the first data, for this reason there was a road event involving two vehicles, resulting in the slight injury of a person.

It is estimated the normal resumption of traffic in 30 minutes.
