In the city of Sharypovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory, an 11-year-old pedestrian suffered as a result of a car collision.
The accident happened on July 19 in the evening on Gorky Street. According to the traffic police, the Lada car shot down a boy who was moving along the roadway.
The victim received serious injuries and was hospitalized. The driver disappeared from the scene, but was detained that evening.
It turned out to be a 22-year-old young man who in May was deprived of the right to drive a car for 1.5 years and was fined 45 thousand rubles for driving in a state of intoxication.
On the fact of an accident against him, a criminal case was instituted under paragraphs. “B” and “c” of Part 2 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code. Police officers continue to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
