This unusual technique was described in detail in Fukutsuji’s book “Exercise for losing weight while lying down” (18+). The author tells stories of women who were able to get rid of 3-5 centimeters from the waist in just a month of regular exercise.
Here's what to do:
- Roll the towel and secure with rubber bands around the edges to create a roll.
- Sit on the floor, place a cushion under your lower back, and gently lower your back down.
- Extend your arms behind your head, palms down, with your little fingers touching.
- Keep your legs straight, spread shoulder-width apart and place your big toes together.
- Stay in this position for 1-2 minutes at first, and over time it can be longer.
